(Get It Sold!) FULL DAY STAGING AND REDESIGNS
A full day of staging and redesigns will dramatically transform your home. What a different a day will make. You will walk away with a show ready home. This service includes all the benefits of the Half a day staging and redesign, Buyer Demographic, Home Preparation Plan, Staging Makeover Action Plan. You will receive a Recommended Vendors list. I will shop for your accessories, and Furnishings which either you can rent or use as purchase to update the home. You will be emailed a Do-It-Yourself guide or links for cosmetic projects that will make a dramatic difference in your home.
CONSULTATION AND PROPOSAL
This initial walk and talk process will take place in your home, to discuss and strategize how we will achieve our staging and redesign goals. Within your timeframe and budget. I will review our 8-step home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would, and gather those all important first impressions. This will also include a quick demonstration of a difference home staging makes by transforming a room in your home. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed to get it sold. Standard time for this process will take up to 2hrs.
HALF A DAY STAGING AND REDESIGN
In this service we will spend up to 4hrs transforming the main areas of your home. We will be working from our 8-step actions plan to begin your dramatic transformation. This will include accessories to complete the look for each room, taking photos for your agent marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase for each room. Just shy of our half day we will go through your home and fill out the CSD by Lynda's Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your on. This will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended. Paint Color, accessories, purchase and details of what to do in the room we were unable to cover. We will also email you "Do-It-Yourself" guide or links for cosmetic projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
NEW LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE STAGING WEEKEND
This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go on the market or have an Open House! A CSD by Lynda consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. the consultant will be working with a detailed CSD by Lynda Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session. You will also receive Recommended Venders list of discounts and service providers. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
